قادمون قادمون نحن نحن الاجئين .“

بدون أوراق بدون بيوت بدون قيود سـٓنكْسر الحدود . أولا انا أجاوب من يسال او يتسائل  لماذا نحن جينا او أتينا الى اوروبا. سواء كان مسؤل او مواطن . أقول له الاروبين انتم من جاؤ لنا اولا. ليس نحن من بدئو بالمجيئ الى اؤروبا ،هم من بدئو مشو الى بلدا ننا . قتلو ونهبو ودمرو كل ما نملك من خيرا .ووسيلة عيش كريمة عندنا . مثلا ليش  او لماذا الشاب او الكبير في العمر يأتي الى اوروبا . الشاب تجده ماتت أمه او ابوه او كل عائلته . من قتلهم ؟ الاروبين  هم من قتلهم .يا ئما تقلوهم بأيديهم . او  قتلوهم بالطاقيات الذين وضعوهم في بلداننا . و هكذا الرجل او المرئة الكبير تجده قتلو أطفاله فما بقا له اي شيء الى يجئ أيهم ويسألهم اريد حقي من فضلكم هذا ما يحدث الان .

حالة التقديم او حالة الجوء :

والاصعب من هذاك بعد أخد بصمات يد كل واحد منى هم يأخذوا من بلداننا مالا ونحن نرما في الشوارع .واذا سألت من حقك يربطونك او يقول لك . انت ليدك دبلين. او ما يسما اتفاقية دبلن 

انا سؤناشد وأقل للمسئولين في قانون الهجرة نحن لنا الحق في العيش في كل بلد لنا الحق في الأوراق والمعل والسكن مثل . في أوربا حتى الكلب له الحق في العيش ولهو الحق ان تكون له أوراق . كيف نحن بشر لم يعطونا أوراق لكي . نعمل مثل البشر ونعيش كالبشر .

أعراض :

هذه القوانين  اوالقرارات الصاضرة ضدد الاجئين او لتدمير حيات اللاجئين نحن . نئمل او نحاول بقصر جهدنا حتى نكسره . لكي يكون لنا حق في العيش .

اطلب من كل مواطن أوروبي ان يساعدنا لوفي قلبه ظرت إنسانية . واطلب من كل محامي .يحاول يقف معنا  لو له خلفية على هذه القوانين او القرارات ضدد الاجئين او القيُود ضدد الاجئين

Nous arrivons, nous arrivons, nous sommes les réfugies. Sans Papiers, sans maison, on va casser les frontières. Je réponds a celui qui demande pourquoi est ce que nous arrivons en Europe. Que ce soit les politiciens ou les citoyens normale. Je réponds a eux ce sont les gouvernements européen qui sont d’abord venue vers nous. C’est L’OTAN qui est venue en dans nos pays natals, ils ont enfoncé nos maisons, nos établissement vitaux et notre future. Donc la raison pourquoi la personne, qu’elle soit jeune ou vielle, arrive en Europe est qu’elle a déjà perdue sa famille ou ses personnes, ainsi elle n’a plus rien.Encore j’aimerai poser la question qui a tué ces gens. La réponse est l’OTAN elle même avec ses fusils ou par l’appuie pour des gouvernements du moyen-orient. C’est la raison pourquoi les gens viennent ici, parce que ils n’ont plus rien pour leur vie la-bas. Donc une fois je suis venue ici pour demander mes droits ici, je ne les ai pas reçu. Voila ce qui se passe pour le moment. Ainsi encore plus difficile que le premier point, c’est après avoir demander l’asile en Europe. Au cas ou que tu demande l’asile en Italie, d’abord ils vont prendre tes empreintes digitales, ça veut dire que tu es coincé a cause de Dublin. Après tu vas dormir dans la rue, parce que le programme d’asile est tellement faible en Italie. En plus de cela, ils sont payer par les nations unies pour chaque réfugiée et les nations unies reçoivent cette argents de nos propres pays. J’appelles aux politiciens des offices étrangers que nous devrons avoir les droits de vivre partout, d’avoir des documents, d’avoir du travail, d’avoir un endroit pour vivre. En Europe même les chiens ont le droit d’avoir des documents. Donc comme est-ce si on est humain? Je rejets ces lois qui sont contre les réfugies. Et nous espérons autant que nous le pouvons pour briser ces lois pour avoir nos droits. Je demandes a chaque citoyen européen de nous aider si il a dans son cœur un bout d’humanité. Et je demande a chaque avocat de nous aider si il a une formation dans les lois qui sont contre les réfugies.

Donc on veut la solution pour tous et nous voulons la liberté de tous!

Une Demande: nous voulons des documents, le droit de travail, le droit d’accommodation, le droit d’étudier, le droit d’une vie normale comme tous le monde. Nous voulons voyager librement en Europe et en dehors de l’Europe. Nous voulons aussi la possibilité de travail en Europe pour les personnes qui ont des documents italiens. Enfin je demandes la solution pour tous, la liberté de tous le monde.

We are coming, we are coming, we are the refugees. Without documents, without homes, we will break the borders. I’m answering who is asking why we came to Europe. Even politicians or normal citizens. I’m answering them the European governments who came first to us.

So the NATO who is the one who came to our home land they break down our homes our life-facilities and our future. So the reason why the person, rather he is young or old coming to Europe is that he has already lost his family or his people, so he doesn’t have anything.

Again I would like to ask who killed those people. The answer is the NATO themselves by their guns or by the supporting of the middle east governments. This is the reason why the people came here because they don’t have anything left for their live there. So once I came to ask my rights here, I didn’t get it. That was is going own now. Now the more harder then the first point is after you are applying asylum in Europe. In case your applying for asylum in Italy, first of all you are going to put down your fingerprints, that’s mean your stuck because of Dublin. Then you gonna be sleeping in the streets because the asylum program is so weak in Italy. In the top of that ,they are getting paid from the united nations for each refugee and the united nations get these money from our own countries. I’m calling the politician in the migrations counselor that we should have the rights of living anywhere, having documents having jobs having places to live. In Europe even the dogs has the right to live a get documents. So how if we are humans? I’m rejecting the laws which are against the refugees. And we hope that as much as we can to break this laws to get our rights. I’m asking each european citizen to help us if he has in his heart one point of humanity being. And I’m asking also each lawyer to help us if he has a background of this rules which are against refugees.

So we want the solutions for everyone and we want freedom for everyone!

A request: we want documents, right of work, right of accommodation, the right of studying, right of normal living as everybody. We want to travel freely inside Europe and outside Europe. We want also to have the ability of working inside Europe for people who have italien documents. Finally I’m asking the solution for everyone, the freedom of everyone.

Wir kommen, wir kommen, wir sind die Geflüchteten. Ohne Dokumente, ohne Wohnort, wir werden die Grenzen brechen. Ich antworte jeder_m, die_der fragt warum wir nach Europa kamen. Selbst Politiker_Innen oder normale Bürger_Innen. Ich antworte ihnen, dass die europäischen Regierungen die ersten waren welche zu uns kamen. So die NATO die zu unseren Heimländern kam, sie reißen unsere Häuser, unsere Lebenseinrichtungen und unsere Zukunft ein. Das ist der Grund warum die Person nach Europa kommt, ob sie eher jung oder alt ist, dass sie ihre Familie oder ihre Leute schon verloren hat, sodass sie gar nichts mehr hat. Außerdem würde ich gerne fragen, wer diese Leute umgebracht hat. Die Antwort ist die NATO selbst, mit ihren Waffen oder mit der Unterstützung der Regierungen des Nahen Ostens. Das ist der Grund warum die Leute hierher kamen, weil ihnen nichts mehr fürs Leben dort übrig bleibt. Also als ich hierher kam um nach meinen Rechten zu fragen, bekam ich sie nicht. Das passiert gerade jetzt. Nun schwerer als der erste Punkt ist nachdem du Asyl in Europa beantragst. Im Falle das du Asyl in Italien beantragst, als erstes gibst du deine Fingerabdrücke ab, das bedeutet das du stecken bleibst wegen Dublin. Danach wirst du auf der Straße schlafen, weil das Asylprogramm in Italien so schwach ist. Obendrauf, werden sie bezahlt von den Vereinten Nationen für jede_n Geflüchtete_n und die Vereinten Nation bekommen dieses Geld von unseren eigenen Ländern. Ich fordere die/den Politiker_In in dem Migrationsbeirat auf, dass wir die Rechte haben sollten überall zu leben, Dokumente zu haben, Jobs zu haben, einen Wohnort zu haben. In Europa haben selbst die Hunde das Recht zu leben und Dokumente zu erhalten. Also wie wenn wir Menschen sind? Ich weise diese Gesetze zurück welche gegen Geflüchtete sind. Und wir hoffen so viel wie wir können um diese Gesetzte zu brechen, um unsere Rechte zu erhalten. Ich frage jede_n europäischen Bürger_In uns zu helfen, wenn sie_er in ihrem_seinem Herzen einen Teil menschliches Sein hat. Und ich frage auch alle Anwält_Innen zu helfen, wenn sie_er einen Hintergrund über diese Regeln hatte die gegen Geflüchtete sind.

Also wir wollen die Lösung für Alle und wir wollen Frieden für Alle!

Eine Bitte: wir wollen Dokumente, das Recht auf Arbeit, das Recht auf Unterbringung, das Recht zu studieren, das Recht auf ein normales leben wie Alle. Wir wollen frei reisen können in Europa und außerhalb Europas. Wir wollen auch die Möglichkeit erhalten in Europa zu arbeiten für Leute, die italienische Dokumente haben. Zum Abschluss bitte ich um die Lösung für Alle, die Freiheit für Alle.

بسبب الحروب التي سببهاحلف الناتو دخلت الي ايطاليا من ليبيا ومكثت هناك سنة وشهرين وتحصلت علي الاوراق ثلاثة سنين حماية دولية ولكن احوال اللاجئين في ايطالياسئية جدا من غير سكن ولا عمل ولا دراسة وعندما تحصلت علي الاوراق اخبرت بانني لدي الحق بان ادرس واعمل واسكن ولكن تلك الحقوق تكمن فقط في الورق وليس ليديها حظ في الواقع مما اضطررت الي الجوء الي المانيالوجود حقوق للاجئ افضل من ايطاليا مع وجود بعض القوانين المجحفه لحقوق اللاجئ كالحد من التحرك خارج الولاية والدراسة غير متاحة وانا اسمع ان كل دول الاتحاد وضعت تلك القوانين المجحفة للحقوق بمافيها اتفاقية دبلن وانا اتسال لما لا تتوحد القوانين بواسطة كل الدول التي وضعت تلك القوانين ليكون هناك حقوق موحدة في كل اروبا للاجئ وتستطيع العيش في اي مكان بحرية في اي من دول الاتحاد الاروبي ونحن نعيش تحت المعاناة الشديدة بسبب الترحيل الي البلد الاول والاحساس باني داخل سجن في الاتحاد الاروبي الذي يدعي الحرية والدفاع عن حقوق الانسان وانا لذلك اعتقد انه لا يوجد عدل في قوانين اللجوء واتمني ان يعدل الخلل وتعود الحقوق الي طالبي اللجوء وكل اللاجيئن

Because of the wars that was caused by the NATO, I’ve entered Italy from Libya. I’ve stayed in there for one year and two months and I’ve obtained papers under the three years international protection but the situation of refugees there in Italy is really very bad without any ways to obtain accommodation, or employment, or education. When I’ve obtained my papers I’ve been told that I have rights for education, employment,and accommodation,but this rights only exist in papers and not in real life. Which forced me to seek refuge in Germany,because there are a better refugees rights than Italy. Despite there are lots of repressive laws that restricts human rights in there, like restriction of movements out of the state of your permission to stay, and education is not attainable for a refugee or asylum seeker,. I used to hear that all the countries that are members of the European Union have put all these refugee’s repressive laws including Dublin for all of Europe as one nation, and I am wondering why not the EU unifies theses laws through out all of members of the EU countries, so there would be a common rights acknowledged in every EU country, so refugees can live in any part of EU countries with freedom and dignity, instead of living with the outstanding suffering situations. Because of the threat of deportation to the first EU country of entrance, and the constant feeling of being incarcerated into a big prison in the EU, while the EU is claiming to be defending the human rights, and freedom, thus I believe there is no justice in the asylum system here in the EU, and hope the systems loop wholes to under come a serious reforms to bring refugees rights to all asylum seeker and all of the refugees.

A cause des guerres qui ont été causé par la NATO, je suis entrer en Italie de Libye. Je suis rester la-bas pour un an et deux mois et j’ai obtenue des papiers sous la protection internationale de trois ans mais la situation des réfugiés en Italie est vraiment très mauvaise sans aucun moyen de obtenir une accommodation ou un emploie. Quand j’ai obtenue mes papiers, on m’a dit que j’ai les droits d’éducation, d’emploi et d’accommodation, mais ces droits n’excisent que dans les papiers et pas dans la vie réel. Ce qui m’a obligé de chercher du refuge en Allemagne, parce-que les droits de réfugiés sont mieux qu’en Italie. A part ça il y a beaucoup de lois répressives qui restrictent les droits humains ici, comme la restriction du mouvement en dehors de l’état ou on a une permission de rester et l’éducation n’est pas accessible pour un réfugié ou un demandeur d’asile. J’ai eu l’habitude d’entendre que tous les pays qui sont membres de l’union européen ont mis toutes ces lois répressive pour les réfugiés, inclus Dublin pour tous de l’Europe comme une nation et je me demande pourquoi est ce que l’UE n’unifie pas ces lois dans tous les membres de l’UE , comme ça il y aura des droits commun qui sont approuver dans chaque pays de l’UE, comme ça les réfugiés pourrait vivre partout dans l’UE dans chaque pays avec liberté et dignité, au lieu de vivre avec des situations souffrantes énorme. A cause de la menace de déportation dans le premier pays d’entrer de l’UE , pendant que l’UE prétends de défendre les droit humains et la liberté, mais je crois qu’il n y a pas de justice dans le système d’asile ici dans l’UE et j’espère que le système boucle tous pour parvenir a des reformes sérieuses pour apporter des droits de réfugiés a tous les demandeurs d’asile et a tous les réfugiés.

Wegen der Kriege, die durch die NATO verursacht wurden, bin ich in Italien von Libyen eingereist. Ich bin dort geblieben für ein Jahr und zwei Monate und habe Papiere erhalten aufgrund des internationalen drei Jährigen Schutzes. Aber die Situation der Geflüchteten in Italien ist sehr schlecht ohne jeglichen Weg eine Unterbringung, oder eine Beschäftigung, oder eine Ausbildung zu erhalten. Als ich meine Papiere erhalten habe, wurde mir gesagt das ich die Rechte auf eine Ausbildung, eine Beschäftigung und einer Unterbringung habe, doch diese Rechte gibt es nur auf Papier und nicht im echten Leben. Was mich dazu gezwungen hat in Deutschland Asyl zu beantragen, weil die Rechte der Geflüchteten besser ist als in Italien. Trotz alledem gibt es hier viele repressive Gesetze welche menschliche Rechte einschränken, wie die Einschränkung der Bewegung außerhalb des erlaubten Bundeslandes, und Bildung ist nicht erlangbar für eine_n Geflüchtete_n oder ein_e Asylbewerber_in. Ich war gewohnt zu hören das alle Länder, die Mitglieder der Europäischen Union sind, diese für Geflüchtete repressiven Gesetzte stellen, einschließlich Dublin, für ganz Europa als eine Nation, und ich wundere mich, warum die EU nicht diese Gesetze vereint durch alle Mitglieder der EU Länder, so das es anerkannte gemeinsame Rechte in jedem EU Land gibt, so das Geflüchtete an jeglichem Ort aller EU Länder mit Freiheit und Würde leben kann, anstatt mit der besonderen leidenden Situation zu leben. Wegen der Drohung der Abschiebung zum ersten eingetretenem EU Land , und das konstante Gefühl in einem großem Gefängnis der EU inhaftiert zu sein, während die EU behauptet die Menschlichen Rechte zu verteidigen, und die Freiheit, demnach glaube ich das es keine Gerechtigkeit in dem Asyl System hier in der EU gibt, und hoffe dass das gesamte System sich windet unter ernsthaften Reformen um Geflüchteten Rechte unter allen Asylbewerbern und allen Geflüchteten zu bringen.

We need stability and employment, as well as a bright future in Europe but we did not get any assistance from the European countries.

Nous avons besoin de stabilité et d’emploi, aussi un future brillant en Europe, mais on ne reçois aucune assistance des pays européen.

Wir brauchen Stabilität und Arbeit, auch eine gute Zukunft in Europa, aber wir bekommen keine Unterstützung der europäischen Länder.
